Net support site and it sets my name/passport account up correctly under Control Panels/User Accounts/Manage my network passwords. it fails to log me into Messenger automatically, and when I go back to the Manage network passwords screen in the User Accounts control panel, there is no info at all. Any suggestions?

NET Passport site does not recognize your passport, create a .NET Passport account by using any e-mail address, and then sign in to Windows Messenger by using MS Tech Support via their online form - followed all of there suggestions (re-adding it to the firewall, re-registering dll's, etc) but nothing worked.
